a dream

There were nights when I sat and dreamed,

about nights where I sat and dreamed:

about dreams deferred...

Long lost loved thoughts

on worlds perturbed

by long standing walls of restriction

placed alongside fields of provisions-

encasing goals and decisions..

I dreamt - again...

It was a sad dream..

but a dream it was..

so I smiled.

I can dream again!

how nice.....
