I would be there before you made decisions-
so I could have a conversation with your thoughts,
as they battled for position...
I would spend time
lingering in your reflections,
basking in the wanderings
of your pondering..
Peruse the hallways of your meditations..
Glancing at the frames containing your memories
Until I reached the seat of your motivation..
Where I would sit quite conspicuously...
Staring quietly at the complexity,
Till eventually..
Silence is no longer the enemy...
Suddenly, you see me...
As I looked on fondly,
At the wonders of your world,
directing our attention, discreetly
in a specific direction, until we
are looking together,
to the future...
No more am I just reading your decisions,
anticipating via contemplation
now I am your foregone conclusion..
If I could only read your mind..
I'd help you see..
