Can I love freely?

"Can I love freely?"
"Not in the Bloom Of Youth sweety.."

"Ignorance is blissfull sweetness-
Until we are swamped with the accurate realness-
That there is no longer such a thing as being truly innocent -
There is the watery deep of naiveties... freeness"

There was a time when I loved freely
But as time past I came to the realization that really
What I thought was freely
Was simple naievity
And a youthful heart free of lusts, lies and immorality
And the pollution there-in
Which comes from this world we reside in
The "air" of this system
That irradiates our hearts with the pollutant
Of a focus on Self-ish-ness...
Especially this Americas renowned reputation of Me-ism
Which does nothing more than amplify the existing inclination
Which we all inhereted due to imperfection

"But I'm talkbout about a true innocent love between friends"

Can we really have that while/as this system ends?
I guess it all depends
On who we choose to take in as friends
Because friendship tends,
to come with certain requirements
that if we dont choose right
We can be left with several/more and more dissapointments

Which doesnt mean one or the other didnt do their best
It could simply mean that their best
Isn't the same sort as the rest
Or the same sort we would expect

So I infer that with free love, comes a level of respect
and the understanding of others as we too keep ourself modest..
For who are we to think we love the best, more than the rest?

Maybe loving freely is our test
For God loved the world so much he gave His Best..

So then in answer.
Yes
Free love is no mere jest,
but the goal for which we strive
and yes
I accept the challenge too
To do my best
In joining you

In gaining back naievities freeness
While being free of youthful ignorance
So lets love free
Which I think, Just might be
The "laws" fullfillment?
